Drawing on my 15+ years in senior management of several nonprofits, including serving as the long-time #2 person (chief operating officer) at BoardSource (formerly National Center for Nonprofit Boards), I provide broad-based COO skills to organizations that need to strengthen their infrastructure, including financial management and administrative systems. 

I can be especially valuable to CEOs who need to focus their time on program development, fundraising, and external communications.

For example, I provide COO services to the INCAE Foundation, a US-based nonprofit that provides scholarships to students in the MBA program at INCAE, the highly-regarded business school in Central America.
